Advantages of Box cloud

However, Box doesn’t hide its focus on businesses and when you see the list of supported apps that you can associate with your cloud you will be pleasantly surprised. The list now includes over 1500 different applications such as MS Office, Teams, Zoom, Google products or Slack that you can connect to your Box cloud. The list is wide and these “integrations” can qualitatively extend the services of your Box. This will be especially appreciated by businesses or technically oriented users.

Disadvantages of Box cloud
The disadvantages here should be understood more individually, because not everyone requires a focus on photos and media from the storage. It’s those users who are fans of managing, sharing and editing family photos who are likely to be disappointed. Box is clearly focused on text documents, work and security. Among the drawbacks, we’d include the rather poor mobile app, which doesn’t exactly overflow with features. But it’s certainly sufficient for business purposes. The price might also seem less competitive for small users.
Box cloud pricing and capacities
It is also evident from the prices that Box service is most oriented towards companies, literally looking at the price list, it caters to them. The prices for individuals are, in our opinion, unfavourable. At €6 and €12 per month respectively, getting just 100GB is already very underpriced indeed with today’s competition offering similar sizes for €2 per month. We recommend taking advantage of one of the benefits and starting with a free account, which offers 10 GB.
It’s different, however, with business accounts, where Box offers “unlimited storage” starting at €18 per month. The range of business accounts is wide and the maximum size of files you can upload increases with price. Of course, it’s possible for an individual user to pay for a business account, which is more worthwhile in terms of storage size.
